News and then discussion is where things should be at, but maybe just focus on the highlights of the games and not delve too deeply in the news, particularly for the games that you cover in other podcast – LotroReporter, RiftReporter, TORReporter, etc. I have a feeling that some of your need to make a change may be b/c of a sense of redundancy in your shows…which I have noticed a bit.

I like the current format reasonably well. The big value of a multi-game show like this one is that you guys may catch some news that I haven’t seen. I’m probably going to know most of what’s going on in a specific game I play/follow from single-game sites like LOTRO Reporter, but it’s hard to keep up with everything.
Meanwhile, the in-depth discussion/interview can do no harm – if I’m not interested in this week’s topic, I don’t need to listen. I’ve seen other podcasts do it in the opposite order, and that can be irritating if you’re looking for the news and have to guess how far into the episode to skip. (If you do get significant numbers of people who prefer it the other way around, you could steal a page from Van Hemlock’s podcast, which releases the news and discussion parts as two separate files.)
I voted for liking the current format, but my preferred format would be the “What did you do this week?” followed by an interview/discussion. I find the news can drag on a bit. Maybe make them more rapid fire?
And I definitely enjoy the interviews more than the discussions. I think the discussions could be improved by having opposing views better represented (or a devil’s advocate chosen for the discussion).
