I’ve hardly made *any* credits from the patch crew skills changes thanks to being offline Tuesday night
Well, OK, I made 1.5 mil on my primary synthweaver
Rolled a smuggler because I keep hearing folks talking about that story line

Space Mission. I think I may need counseling. I can’t stop.

Purple Lighting, why do you call to me so?
Funny enough, very little story missions.
Queued for Flashpoint/Group Finder, but didn’t have it pop for me. The joys of not being max level. There goes my plan to level my consular through instances.

Submitting a customer service request: how to document an issue in a way to get a response.

How to properly outline the problem
- character name and server
- what exactly happened and when
- Any other extraneous variables
What to do if the first reply is unsatisfactory
- Do not give up!
- Re-review what you initially submitted. Could you have been more clear and specific?
- Try to calmly and succinctly describe why you disagree with the initial reply
- Inform them of what your ideal resolution would be to the issue– what will solve the problem for you in a satisfactory manner
Alternatives if your ticket is closed?
- Is it a game breaker for you? Or is it a small peeve?
- If a true game breaker,, then go ahead and think through other outlets for gaining resolution
- State your case on the customer service or appropriate game forums
- If all else fails– take it to social media. Ex: @ambermist’s issue w/being mistakenly banned for ToS violation
