WoW Pet Battle Crew #22 — Review: Enchanted Broom and Clockwork Rocket Bot
Jun 14th
If I look tired, it’s because I’ve been physically lifting pets and throwing them to the back row for three weeks now. We’ve been testing the listener-submitted Pet Swap team for awhile, and there are a lot of opinions floating around the community already.
It’s time to hear what fellow listeners think of the team, what pets they tagged onto it, and give all the pets an official Pet Battle Crew rating!

I am the happiest I’ve been in months–possibly years–all thanks to one man. Or what I presume to be a man. Maybe it’s better said as all thanks to one internet stranger who uses the handle Ebon.
How did Ebon make me so happy? He sent me a team comp that he’s been working with and asked for my help!

WoW Pet Battle Crew #18 — Review: Rabbit and Darkmoon Zeppelin
May 12th
When the pain train roars into the pet battle station, can a lone rabbit avoid an untimely death with a well-timed hop? That oddly specific hypothetical question, and so much more is answered in this week’s episode, when I review the fabled Dodge team.

It’s time you and I to have a serious discuss about the perils of burst DPS pets and how you can avoid getting hit in the face for 10 million damage.
The solution is simple: don’t let the enemy pets hit you.

The Happy Hearthstone #5: Free to Play
Apr 23rd

Free to play is still a pretty controversial business model, stirring up specters of the money-grubbing games of yesteryear in some gamers. But a ton of games have proven the business model can work wonders, ensuring players get what they want and have fun without being nickel-and-dimed to death.
This week, we take a look at how the business model might work for Hearthstone. Speculation abounds, but we call out anything that has been confirmed by Blizzard on the show.

WoW Pet Battle Crew #15 — Review: Lil’ XT and Kirin Tor Familiar
Apr 21st
I return to you a humbler, more anxious and paranoid man than I was almost a month ago when I introduced the Area of Effect pet battle team. I had dreams of killing pets by the truckload with a few simple button presses, but how did it work outside of dreamworld?

It’s a new week following the review of our Double Damage pet battle team, and that means it’s time to kick off a new squad of killers!
My first real inspiration for a team when I started playing with pet battles was simple: I wanted to try all AoE damage. You know, fill a team with pets that deal damage to all 3 pets on the other team at the same time and try to kill ‘em all at once.
It didn’t work back then, but patch 5.2 brought a lot of subtle changes to AoE abilities that might just let the strategy pay off now. Let’s find out!

WoW Pet Battle #12 — Review: Chrominius and Mini Thor
Apr 2nd
Confession time: I’ve exploded so many cuddly critters into spouts of gore this week that it’s not even funny. Okay, it is a little funny. And awesome.
Land mines, sticky grenades, sonic booms, and waves of fire — I’ve used them all to throw out insane burst damage with my Double Damage team over the past few weeks, and now it’s time to give them an official rating.
